I would highly recommend Brian. No exaggeration, we got the house that we wanted purely because of his work. Long story short, the house we wanted had been conditionally sold and we thought we had missed out. Brian knew it was our preferred house and took it upon himself to reach out to the selling agent and keep in communication about progress on the conditional sale. Because of this work, when the conditional sale fell through we were able to put in an offer and get the house. We count ourselves lucky to have been working with such a tenacious agent!
